Can I select the gift option?
Yes!
After adding the jewelry to the cart click "Add" in the "Gift box" option before proceeding to checkout.
Is the photo I want to upload okay?
You can upload any photo you want, just make sure the photo is not extremely blurry or dark.
The higher the photo quality, the better the result.
How do I upload the photo?
- Click the blue button "upload your photo".
- Select the photo from your device.
- Crop or edit it as you like directly from the editor that will open.
How do I make a purchase?
Once the photo is uploaded, select the jewelry color, select the quantity and add it to the cart, then proceed to purchase with checkout.
If you want to order more than one jewelry with different photos or different colors you must repeat the same procedure after adding the first jewelry to the cart.
Does the jewelry get damaged if wet?
Our jewelry and lenses are water resistant, however we advise against wearing them when immersing in water or when there is a risk of contact with substances that could damage them (denatured alcohol, bleach, detergents, etc...)
Not letting them come into contact with water also preserves their color.
Will the size fit?
Yes, our jewelry is one size easily adjustable to fit all.
Can I cancel or modify the order?
Unfortunately, we generally cannot make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed, as they are put into production immediately. If you contact us immediately we may be able to fulfill your request.
