Shipping policy

One of the strengths of Momento Prezioso® is to guarantee optimal service to our customers with maximum transparency.

Shipments take place 3/5 days after the order is placed and will be paid directly by us, so completely free for all our customers. We ensure shipping within 6 to 8 working days. If for any reason you do not receive your package within 8 working days, do not hesitate to contact us at the email assistenza@momentoprezioso.com

*Orders placed between 01/22/25 and 02/02/25 will be processed on 02/03/25. We will do our best to deliver them by February 14th.

The production of our jewelry is entrusted to a craft laboratory located in Eastern China, in Zhejiang province. This allows us to maintain high quality with carefully selected raw materials and to offer a much faster delivery service.

We want to specify that before receiving the product it may take up to 20 working days from the moment of the order. This can be caused by delays in the shipping phase of the package, not due to us but to the courier.
However, this is a rare possibility, affecting about 5-8% of shipments.

All orders are handled with the utmost care and seriousness. After product processing you will receive the tracking code of your package directly via email.

You can then view the status of your order by going to our website, on the page Track your package.

When ordering multiple products in our online store, there may be a possibility that they are shipped in different packages, with the same shipping specifications.
