Refund policy
As provided by art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in cases where the sold item has been made "to measure" or "customized" based on the final customer's choices.
We offer a 90-day warranty in case the product does not meet the highlighted characteristics. In case of defects or missing parts, customers have 90 days to obtain a refund.
Procedure to request a refund:
- Write an email to info@momentoprezioso.com attaching a photo of the defective part (clear and well-visible photo).
- Wait 48 hours to receive a response from the dedicated team.
If it is not possible to obtain a refund due to a non-evident defect or an error, it is possible to exchange the product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
